When I try to invite someone into my team, I receive the Error : “This tenant already has the maximum number of users.”

When I try to invite someone into one team, I receive the Error : “This tenant already has the maximum number of users.”

I try to remove user and pending invite and I always receive this error.

Someone can help me?

You may need to talk to your Account Executive who handles your contract, or you can send an email to sales@prefect.io about your issue and someone should get back to you. Make sure to send your team slug when you do that so that they know which team you are from.

Usually, there is some agreed-upon number of users you may have per tenant within your contract so this should be something to discuss with the Sales team.
