Flow stuck in pending mode


Every 1 or 2 days, one of my flows scheduled for each hour remains in “pending” status and has never run. As a result, all other flows scheduled after this one in the same work pool remain in “late” status.

I’ve tried adding a new agent and worker trigger for this work pool, but the flow is still stuck in pending.

The only alternative is to cancel it and try again trough the UI. That’s what I’ve done via automation if the flow remains on hold for more than 3 minutes, but I don’t think it’s a good solution.

Does this problem occur with other people? Is there a reason for this to happen?

We are seeing the same problem - pending flows building up and eventually causing the work pool concurrency limit to be hit. @Salarn - did you find a solution?
