Run flows on Prefect Cloud managed instances

I am interested to know if Prefect plans to add support for managed instances. Meaning you won’t need to provision your own infrastructure. Similar to what Dagster is doing, for example.

I think this feature could be super helpful to many users using PaaS like Heroku or Render, in the use case of many CRON jobs.

I think this could give Prefect a huge adoption boost.
