Prefect Cloud upgrades

Hello!

Hope that you are well.

I wanted to ask about Prefect’s 2.0 Cloud offering, specifically in the event of migrations. When 2.0 was released, existing Cloud users were told to make new accounts with 2.0 since their code written would be incompatible.

I wanted to ask whether any future upgrades would need to be done manually or will you guys yourselves upgrade the infrastructure within the cloud for customers with Organization or Enterprise tiers?

We take care of all upgrades and maintenance for you regarding the Prefect version and infrastructure, but when it comes to Workspaces and Organizations, this is a great question to ask sales@prefect.io when chatting about your planned usage and use case.
