Can not add payment information

Need to add another collaborator so I’m adding payment information, when I add the credit card information and submit, nothing happens (no error message or anything) and it returns to the billing page with the “add payment information” button still there.

Browser console shows the following errors:

  1. “blocked by CORS policy” at api.prefect.cloud/api/billing/guid-removed/details from app.prefect.cloud
  2. “AxiosError” with code “ERR_NETWORK”
  3. 500 error from api.prefect.cloud/api/billing/guid-removed/details
